Guess the Flag – Flag Guessing Game
About
Guess the Flag is a free online geography game for anyone who wants to test and improve their knowledge of national flags. The game includes all 193 UN member states and organizes the challenge into eight difficult levels. In every question, players see a flag and choose the correct country name from several answers. The first level begins with three choices, while later levels increase the difficulty until the final level presents ten choices. Levels one through four contain 16 questions each, and levels five through eight contain 20 questions each. Players may make up to two mistakes in a level; a third mistake means the level must be restarted. Correct and incorrect answers receive instant visual and sound feedback, while background music and celebratory effects create an engaging experience. The game works in desktop and mobile browsers, requires no account, signup, installation, or download, and is suitable for quick practice, geography learning, or a world-flags challenge.

With every new release I would frame it as a new launch… I try to frame every single launch to make it make sense to new people that don't know me, that don't know Chatbase.
Frame every feature release as a fresh launch for people who have never heard of you
Most founders treat shipment two and three as feature updates, which loses anyone who missed the first one. Re-introduce the product from scratch every launch so a cold viewer can grasp it in seconds and convert.
we certainly don't have a financial mode or have access to massive funding sources or even options Indie hackers tend to not have much funding... it's not the product at all it's the founder distribution
Founder distribution is the only moat indie hackers have
Stop trying to defend against clones with product features. As an indie hacker you have no funding moat, no PR moat, no patent moat — features get copied in a weekend. The one moat copycats cannot clone is you in the room: a recognized founder presence in the target community. That's what makes the business defensible, not the code.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.

If a result looks unexpected, change one field at a time so you can see which input drives the answer.
