Puzzlify
Turn any photo into a private digital jigsaw gift.
About
Puzzlify turns a personal JPG into a private digital jigsaw you send as a link. Preview it in the browser for free; publish with one credit (EUR 3.99) when you want to gift it. Recipients play with no account, no app, no postage. Optional PIN, leaderboard, and a note that only appears when the last piece clicks in. Digital only: not a printed puzzle, and not Puzzlit, Puzzly, or Puzzify. How it works: upload a photo, choose the number of pieces, and preview the puzzle instantly in any browser. When you are happy with it, publish with a single credit and share the private link by message or email. There are no subscriptions and no accounts for the people you send it to, so a grandparent or a child can open the link and start playing on a phone, tablet, or laptop right away. Makers use Puzzlify for birthdays, anniversaries, save-the-dates, holiday cards, team celebrations, and small personal surprises where a printed puzzle would be slow or expensive to post.

There's all this existing ADHD content where people are saying 'Does anyone else get that feeling when you walk into a room and then you completely forget why you were there?' You just make a slight change in the call to action of those videos where you say 'Hey anyone else relate to this thing — by the way I use this app.'
Hijack existing trend content (ADHD skits) and swap the CTA to plug your app
Don't invent net-new content formats. Identify the relatable-pain-point hooks already winning in your niche (Gen Z ADHD skits, talking-head reactions) and re-skin them with a soft app CTA at the end. By the time you mention the product, the algorithm has already given you 50-70% watch time, so the plug performs like a native infomercial.
there's like a cycle where we build faster more customer notice that we're building and shipping features whereas the incumbents are slow and like sleeping and then they start switching because now the feature sets aren't reaching feature parity and even going beyond that
Out-shipping incumbents on features triggers active user migration
Papermark's community-accelerated development cadence made customers aware of each new release, turning the roadmap into a retention tool. Incumbents' slow pace meant Papermark could cross feature parity and then surpass them, triggering active migration from existing tools rather than passive sign-ups.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
