Account Responsibility:If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under your account.

• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with others
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam project listings
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, votes, or engagement metrics

3. Paid Plans and Payments

Better Launch offers paid subscription plans (Starter and Growth) with additional features and benefits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, including for partial billing periods or unused features.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

4. Badges and Backlinks

Better Launch may provide badges and backlinks to listed projects as part of our service. These are subject to the following conditions:

• Badges and backlinks are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time
• We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes, search engine rankings, or domain authority improvements resulting from backlinks
• Badges must be displayed as provided and may not be altered or used in misleading ways
• We reserve the right to remove badges and backlinks from projects that violate these terms or are no longer active

5. Content

Your Content: When you submit projects, comments, or other content on Better Launch, you retain ownership, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content on our platform and in promotional materials.

Responsibility:You're responsible for the content you submit. Make sure you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate any laws or these terms.

Our Rights: We can remove any content at our discretion if we believe it violates these terms or might harm our platform, users, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Better Launch name, logo, design, and all related branding, software, and platform code are the property of Digitonica SRL. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as described in these terms.

7. Third-Party Content

Better Launch may contain links to third-party websites or services, including listed projects. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Your interactions with third-party services are between you and that third party.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to Better Launch at any time for any reason, particularly if you violate these terms. In the case of paid subscriptions, no refund will be issued upon termination for a terms violation.

If your account is terminated, you'll no longer have access to your content or account information.

9. Disclaimers

Better Launch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We're not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digitonica SRL and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Better Launch shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
