Webinar Champ

Webinar Champ

Your Webinar. Your Content. All in One Kit.

AI & Machine Learning·Productivity·Marketing

About

Webinar Champ helps small marketing teams create complete, professional webinar content kits from just a few inputs.

Planning a webinar often means creating a dozen different pieces of content across multiple tools—titles, registration pages, emails, social posts, speaker information, presentations, Q&A, surveys, reminders, and follow-ups. Webinar Champ brings that process together so teams can prepare faster and launch with a consistent message.

Simply provide your webinar topic, audience, and key details, and Webinar Champ generates the content needed to promote and run the webinar. Teams can create webinar titles and descriptions, registration copy, invitation and follow-up emails, social media posts, Q&A prompts, surveys, speaker content, presentation content, and more.

Webinar Champ is designed to work alongside the webinar platform your team already uses, rather than forcing you to replace it. Whether you're using Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or another webinar platform, Webinar Champ focuses on the content and marketing work that happens around the event.

It's built for small marketing teams, founders, agencies, consultants, coaches, and creators who want to run webinars without spending days pulling every piece of content together manually.

Instead of starting with a blank document every time you plan a webinar, Webinar Champ gives your team a structured starting point that can be edited, customized, and put into action.

Plan the content. Promote the webinar. Run the event. Follow up with your audience all from one organized webinar content workflow.

I actually started with a building public community... after four months I shut it down... maybe I can do a challenge... maybe I can try teaching so if a community for building in public didn't work maybe I should really just break things down and walk people through how to actually do it but I didn't jump into course creation I did a challenge first... I went into uh live teaching so a cohort-based course... and only recently I was thinking maybe it's time to switch

Iterate your product format toward what fits the creator, not what's popular

Kevon's sequence: pure community ($5/month, killed at month 4) → 30-day challenge → live cohort course → interactive video lessons → video+challenge hybrid. Each iteration kept what worked and replaced what didn't. Don't commit to a single product format because it's the "right" creator-economy answer. Audit every 4-6 months: what feels like a slog for you (kill), what energizes you (double down), what do students consistently get stuck on (replace).

Idea validation
we didn't even had like a nonpaying paywall for a few years because what we wanted to measure is the actual interest... a dollar is a dollar right like if you can capture a dollar you've captured something measurable and real

A dollar subscription on day zero is the best signal of real value

Mojo launched with a subscription from day one — not because the product was finished, but because charging any amount of money produces a signal you cannot fake. Free installs can hide weak product-market fit; willingness to pay reveals it. Francescu launched with a 30-day free trial at $10/month and celebrated when someone from an unknown country converted on launch day.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
