Automate repetitive YouTube publishing work with Growati

About
Most people think editing is the hardest part of running a YouTube channel.
But after working with creators and content workflows, we realized something interesting.
The actual workload starts after the editing is completed.
Creators still spend hours on:
- thumbnails
- titles
- descriptions
- chapters
- metadata
- publishing workflows
And when someone uploads consistently, this repetitive work slowly becomes exhausting.
A lot of creators today are operating like small media companies without large teams. They are recording videos, editing content, managing thumbnails, optimizing titles, checking SEO, scheduling uploads, and trying to stay consistent at the same time.
This is where we saw a huge gap in the creator industry.
Most tools focus on editing or analytics, but very few focus on reducing the repetitive operational work that happens before publishing.
That idea led us to start building Growati.
Growati is a platform designed to automate YouTube post-production workflows. It helps creators generate thumbnails, titles, descriptions, chapters, and metadata automatically using transcript analysis, video frame analysis, and channel history.
One of the most exciting parts while building this was seeing creators upload a video and wake up with most of their YouTube packaging already prepared.
We believe the future of creator workflows is not just better editing tools, but smarter publishing automation that helps creators focus more on creating content instead of repetitive operational tasks.
We are officially launching Growati on Product Hunt on 28 May and are excited to keep improving the platform with feedback from real creators.

look at your cumulative spend and cumulative CPX metrics whether you're testing on a CPI or cost per trial or just cost per subscription and such and see when they stabilize
Watch cumulative CPX stabilization — not a dollar threshold — to kill a test
There is no universal spend amount that signals a test is done — it depends on your CPI and funnel CPX. Instead, plot cumulative cost-per-X over time and cut when it stops fluctuating. Alper flagged accounts spending $20k to confirm what the data made obvious at $500: the signal stabilized early and was being ignored.
niche down as much as possible I only need 0.1% of the market and I'm good
Niche Down Until You Only Need 0.1% of a Validated Market
Fernando targets already-validated markets (resume builders, carousel tools) but narrows the scope so sharply that giant competitors can't follow without alienating their broad user base. Because he needs a tiny slice to be profitable, he can out-specialize any VC-backed competitor who must serve a broad audience to justify their scale.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
