Privacy-first group scheduling without accounts, calendar connections, or endless back-and-forth.

About
FindOurTime is a privacy-first group scheduling tool that helps people agree on the best meeting time without endless messages, mandatory accounts, or invasive calendar connections.
Instead of coordinating through email threads, chat groups, screenshots, and manual time-zone calculations, an organizer creates a scheduling poll, selects possible dates and times, and shares one private link. Participants then mark their availability, and FindOurTime ranks the strongest overlaps so the group can quickly identify the best options.
Key features
No mandatory sign-up
Organizers can create polls and participants can respond without registering. Accounts are available for people who want to save and manage their polls, but they are not required for the core scheduling experience.
Private organizer, participant, and edit links
Each poll uses separate private links. The organizer link provides management controls, while the participant link allows invited people to submit availability. Participants can also save a private edit link and update their response later.
Clear time-zone support
Each participant can select their own time zone, and the proposed meeting times are displayed accordingly. FindOurTime also helps users notice when their selected time zone differs from the time detected on their device.
On-device calendar conflict checking
Participants can import an .ics calendar file to view existing commitments alongside the availability grid. The calendar file is processed locally on the user’s device rather than uploaded, helping users check conflicts without granting ongoing access to their calendar.
Flexible scheduling intervals
Organizers can create polls using 15-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute time slots, making the tool suitable for short calls, longer meetings, workshops, study sessions, and social plans.
Ranked availability overlaps
FindOurTime compares participant responses and highlights the time slots that work for the greatest number of people. Organizers can review both the ranked results and the complete availability grid before choosing the final time.
Invitations and reminders
Organizers can invite participants and send reminders to people who have not yet responded, reducing the need to manually follow up through multiple channels.
Meeting finalization and calendar sharing
Once the best time is selected, the organizer can finalize the meeting, include a meeting link, notify participants who opted into email updates, download an .ics event, or add the event to Google Calendar.

What makes FindOurTime different?
Many scheduling products are designed around one-to-one bookings, permanent accounts, or connected calendar ecosystems. FindOurTime is built for a different situation: a temporary group of people who simply need to make one scheduling decision together.
Its advantage is the combination of lightweight participation and a complete workflow. Participants can respond without joining another platform, while organizers still receive the tools needed to collect responses, compare overlaps, send reminders, finalize the meeting, and share the result.
The privacy model is also central to the product. Users can check calendar conflicts without giving FindOurTime continuous access to their Google, Microsoft, or Apple calendar. The application receives only the availability participants deliberately submit.
FindOurTime is designed to provide enough structure to complete the scheduling process, without turning a simple meeting poll into another complicated productivity platform.

No one was building a product around it. I knew this is a good idea — I didn't do any validation or anything. I just said, if I don't do this, someone else will.
Skip validation when the gap is obvious — if you don't build it, someone else will
When you see demos of a capability but no real product wrapping it, that gap itself is the signal. Treat speed as the validation — if you don't build it, someone else will, and the window closes fast.
I wanted to be like Dropbox you know Dropbox you create it and then it says oh you want to have 5 GB more space you know share share the link with a friend have them sign up and I thought how can I integrate this into my own app it's called product le growth and I just made sure every single link that people share my logo is on it and not only is my logo just like a picture it's it has the name stage timer.io in the logo it's like literally written there and it's a name easy enough to remember that people often just see it even tell us oh I saw it on an event
Bake Your Full Domain Into The Logo On Every Shared Artifact
About a third of Lucas's customers come from word of mouth because he engineered every shareable artifact to carry his brand. His logo appears on every shared link, and crucially the logo itself contains the full domain 'stagetimer.io' as readable text, so even passive viewers at events remember the name and look it up later.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
